A.F.I. started what seems like almost all other bands. In a garage just playing music together and getting better at what they play.  The band got together in the early 90's.

In their album, The Art Of Drowning, AFI shows exactly what they have evolved in to and also how much farther they can go.  The group has sound like no other.  Their roots firmly planted in both punk and hardcore.

The band has seen changes in positions like any other band. The positions in the band now seem perfect together.  In some bands, position changes might have wrecked the band, but in A.F.I. sight, it worked out better.

Their newest album out is Very Proud Of You.

The band has played with many other bands also.  Rancid is one of the main.  They were also on the Warped Tour. 

The band should keep playing their music. They are my favorite band and support them. "Through our bleeding, we are one"
